Would not recommend going here if you have any plans for the day. Went here for a 2nd opinion on a cavity for our son. I had a 4pm appointment, was not called back into the room until 4:45, then I was told the doctor would be in shortly. Waited another 45mins and no one showed up so we just walked out. Only gave 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk were friendly.

This place is an atrocious excuse for a dental establishment. The time it takes to take me inside was 1 hour and 10 min With thirty minutes of waiting to a brief checkup and another hour waiting for a singular dentist to show up, I could easily drive halfway across the county and back and my child would still be in the dentist’s office. Additionally, there is not a semblance of responsibility, respect, or competence amongst the employees, who repeatedly make scheduling mistakes that end up costing me precious pay I could be receiving by being at work. I would never go again to this place . is only 1 doctor available to assist between 10 and 15 patients! DONT GO IN THERE

We had a great experience at Children’s dental Health in Trexlertown today. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the doctor was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the thoughtful goodie bags and little gifts for the kids. We truly appreciate your excellent care!

Terrible service. The staff members who greet patients upon arrival are incredibly rude! The dentists lack any consistent treatment plan; during my children's last three visits, they left with the excuse that administrative changes had taken place and that they had to start the process all over again. In less than three months, they have only performed cleanings and haven't actually done any work on their teeth. Poor truly abysmal service.

I had previously scheduled both my of children for appointments at 2pm for routine cleanings. We arrived at 1:45pm to fill out paperwork. We weren’t called back until AFTER 2:30 and at that point they told me that they could take my daughter back since she’s older and they can set up her cleaning in one of the bays but they didn’t have a private room for my son and I to go back with him yet. It wasn’t until 2:50pm that they finally had a private room open. When they took us back they did an xray right away and the cleaning didn’t start until after 3pm. Now, my son is autistic and it was important I went back with him. Why wasn’t this planned out during scheduling? This could have prevented an almost HOURS wait by knowing what needs certain patients were going to have for the day and to plan accordingly. After both of my kids cleanings were done it took another 15-20 mins for the dentist to come check them out as well. The whole process took much longer than needed. They clearly don’t schedule properly. Also, every time I went up to the front desk to ask the employees a question, they were on their personal cell phones.
